Body Language Across Borders: Organizing Remotely With Creativity

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Many of us are organising remotely because of the pandemic, distributed networks, border policies, care responsibilities, or disability. We're using methods like Zoom that erase our bodies from each other, leading to disjointed communications, unclear decision-making, and low trust.

In this session we'll draw connections between the polyvagal theory, somatics and technology to invent a new body language that enables us to increase our empathy and effectiveness within and across movements.
